Item comes with a 30-day warranty. Please inspect all goods before signing to ensure the item has not been damaged in transit. If the courier refuses simply write DAMAGED and then sign. This is to ensure that if necessary, a claim can be made against the courier company. If goods are damaged do not sign, refuse delivery and contact Manor Auto Salvage. In the event that a part is supplied and proven to be incorrect or faulty, Manor Auto Salvage must be notified within 48 hours. A collection can then be arranged. If a replacement is not available then a full refund will be offered but we do not cover labour. In the event that a part is supplied correctly but the customer had made an error, the part can be returned to us as soon as possible (at maximum 1 week) at the cost of the customer, and delivery cost will not be refunded. For the item to be dispatched & collected by our courier the same working day, the transaction will need to be completed and paid for by 11.00am, otherwise, the item will be collected the next working day.
Pallets will be dispatched next working day.
Delivery Times
Delivery time is usually 48 hours from courier collection but is not guaranteed. No deliveries SATURDAY or SUNDAY (MON-FRI ONLY)
Pallets delivery time is 2 to 3 working days from collection.
Local Collection and customer courier collection
If you are local to us and would like to collect the item from us directly you can do so. You must organise this with us first by contacting us.
If you would like to organise your own courier for your item you can do so but you must inform us before purchasing the item, and at least 24hrs notice before the courier is collecting the item from us.

Engines must be fitted with new oil, filters and timing belt or chain.
Gearboxes must be checked and serviced with new oil.

All parts are stamped & marked. Removal or any tampering of the marks will invalidate your warranty.
